The umbrella organisation of public and private sector trade unions in Saint Lucia, working together for the rights and welfare of workers since 2005.
What we do
Strengthen trade unions
We promote the ideals of trade unionism and give technical assistance to member unions in protecting the rights and privileges of their members.
Speak with one voice
We coordinate discussions on issues of common interest with Government and other organisations, and lead salary negotiations on behalf of public servants.
Train and inform
We carry out research, share information with members and coordinate training and education for the members of our affiliates.
